Leaders in Training (LIT) is your chance to level up at Footprints. It’s all about trying new things, asking big questions, and learning how to lead—while being part of a real, supportive community. LIT spots are limited and registration is by application, so don’t wait!

As an LIT, you’ll spend your days alongside a camp counsellor, helping lead a camper group, running games, getting creative, and jumping into daily camp life. You’ll build skills in leadership, teamwork, program planning, Praize Craze, and faith-based conversations—plus gain hands-on experience both at camp and on field trips.

The LIT program is open to youth 14+ (or heading into Grade 9) who can commit to at least one full session. Accepted LITs will also take part in a training day in June.
