Since 2000 Footprints Summer Day Camp has been the Christian camp in Don Mills, Ontario. It is an ecumenical camp run by the four Churches situated around the Donway Circle in Don Mills, Ontario. This includes the Church of the Ascension, The Donway Baptist, The Donway Covenant United and St. Mark's Presbyterian Church.Footprints provides children with a safe, fun-filled activities to help them develop physically, socially and spiritually in a welcoming and loving Christian environment.
Since our very first summer, this wonderful sentiment is often heard from our loyal campers and staff. The familiar feeling of happiness and excitement that we have when it is time to return to our “Home away from Home” is a feeling that nothing can be compared to. Looking ahead to the Summer of 2020, this magical feeling has begun to stir inside of our hearts and our minds.
Summer is one of the best times for a child. At Footprints Summer Day Camp it is our goal to expose the campers to a broad and varied program of activities that will help to foster the spiritual, mental and physical development of each individual camper. We believe that God has given every child unique gifts and talents. Our goal is to provide opportunities to discover them.
Leaders In Training
Our LIT program provides an opportunity for teens who are 14 years (or going into Grade 9) or older,
to work alongside one of the Counselors sharing the responsibilities of supervising one of the camper groups. This includes assisting with creative and recreation time, supervising both at the camp site and off on field trips.
If you are looking for a summer day camp for your child that has lots of great activities, trips abroad, in a loving Christian environment then we are the camp for you.
